How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. If you experience any difficulties, please email or use our contact page to send us a message — we’re happy to take your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Within a week, you’ll get a follow-up email letting you know your order has shipped, along with a tracking number from either FedEx or UPS. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
How will the payment show up on my bank statement?
All payments are processed securely through our website. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as SP Dinky Di Pies.
I don’t see a confirmation email or tracking number after placing my order. What should I do?
You’ll receive two emails from us — the first confirming your order, and the second (within a week) letting you know your order has shipped. If you don’t see them, please check your junk or spam folder — sometimes they hide there!
Occasionally, an incorrect email address may have been entered at checkout. If you still haven’t received any communication, please email or use our contact page to send us a message — we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Because all of our products are baked fresh and shipped frozen, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed.
Shipping and Delivery
How are your gourmet products packed and shipped?
All bakery goods are frozen to lock in freshness. Then placed in a reusable insulated cooler (insulated bag for greater Los Angeles orders) with enough dry ice to maintain optimal temperature for up to 48 hours from dispatch. Each order is then securely packed into a shipping box. We are currently shipping to the West Coast using FedEx and UPS to ensure your Dinky Di Pies arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Where do you currently ship?
At launch, we are shipping to California, Nevada, and Arizona. We will soon expand to the full West Coast and Mountain States, followed by nationwide delivery.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, we freshly bake your pies and ship them within a week. Delivery typically takes up to 48 hours once dispatched. If you need your order sooner, please give us a call — we may be able to accommodate.
What days do orders ship out?
Generally, we ship orders out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Can I pick up an order?
Yes! Customers in the Greater Los Angeles area are welcome to pick up their orders on Thursdays. Please call us at (213) 310-6652 to arrange your pickup time.
Is a signature required for delivery?
No. A signature is not required to make the delivery.
What if my package is delayed or lost in transit?
Once your order leaves our bakery, it’s in the care of the carrier (UPS or FedEx). We pack everything frozen and insulated to stay cold for two days, but we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to assist with working with the carrier. However, we can’t refund or replace orders delayed or lost in transit.
What if my order is is going to an apartment complex or gated community?
Please include clear delivery instructions when placing your order. Be sure to provide any gate codes, access PINs, or special directions needed to ensure successful delivery to your address. If delivery is unsuccessful because access details were not provided, we cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed deliveries.
Products
How do I heat up my pies?
All of our products include heating instructions on the packaging. Each pie is fully baked before being frozen.
For a typical full-sized pie, remove it from the freezer and discard the protective wrapper. Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie on a wire rack or baking tray. Heat for approximately 35 minutes.
You can also heat your pie in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 23 minutes.
For best results, always follow the reheating instructions on your package.
Where are the pies made, and what about quality?
All of our products are baked in our licensed commercial bakery in Los Angeles. We hand-select each ingredient for freshness and flavour, and every pie is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and care.
How long do the pies keep?
Once your package arrives, place the pies in the freezer as soon as possible. They’ll keep beautifully for up to three months when stored frozen.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan products?
Great question! We’re actively working on developing vegan options and look forward to introducing them soon. Stay tuned for updates as we continue expanding our range.
